Research titel and description
Artificial sweeteners in breast milk. In this clinical study I investigate how artificial sweeteners (AS) act in plasma and breast milk. AS are found in light products and are highly consumed in society, especially in people with diabetes. However, their health status is highly debated, and research suggest that a high exposure to AS might increase the risk of obesity later in life.
