Research description
- I am responsible for the skin biopsy laboratory at Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital, overseeing both clinical and research-related skin biopsies.
- My research focuses on understanding why some, but not all, patients with diabetes and develop neuropathic pain, to understand the mechanisms behind neuropathic pain, and to identify novel treatment targets to treat neuropathic pain.
