- Implication of adipose tissue metabolism for treatment and complications of obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. The main focus within the latest years have been on nutritional and pharmacological intervention trials related to obesity, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. Moreover, research related to the consequences of bariatric surgery, also in the treatment of diabetes.
