Research titel and description

• Physical activity in children with obesity
  Physical inactivity is related to development of type 2 diabetes, obesity and lower quality of life. I investigate how high intensity interval training (HIIT) affects daily physical activity in a population of children with overweight, both during and after the intervention.  Furthermore, I investigate changes in quality of life and body composition after the intervention.
