- Effects of pre-pregnancy counselling in women with type 1 and type 2 diabetes on maternal and obstetric adverse outcomes
I will investigate whether pre-pregnancy counselling focusing on pregnancy planning, better glycaemic control, use of folic acid and non-use of potential harmful medication can reduce the risk of complications in pregnancy in women with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
